Ring Size Guide (US)

Ring Size Guide (US)

Measuring your ring size at home is simple. For the most accurate fit, measure at room temperature and toward the end of the day (when fingers are typically at their largest).

Method 1: String or Paper Strip (Recommended)

  1. Cut a thin strip of paper or use a piece of string.
  2. Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger (not too tight).
  3. Mark where the strip overlaps.
  4. Lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler—this is your finger circumference.
  5. Use the chart below to match your circumference to a US size.

Method 2: Measure a Ring You Already Own

  1. Place a ring that fits well on a flat surface.
  2. Measure the inside diameter straight across the center.
  3. Match your measurement to the chart below.

Fit Tips

  • If you’re between sizes, consider sizing up for comfort.
  • Wider bands can fit tighter—sizing up may feel better.
  • Fingers swell in heat and shrink in cold; measure when hands are neutral.
  • Adjustable/open rings typically fit a range of sizes (noted on the product page).
